Application Process

The Application Steps

Our application process consists of various steps: we acknowledge every application promptly with a confirmation email. Afterwards, our recruiters check the application documents and forward it to the respective department. If the profil fits to one of our open positions, we invite you to a first introduction meeting - most likely via phone. In the next step, we invite you for a face-to-face meeting to one of our offices. Depending on the position, we might invite you to a case study. Usually, we make the hiring decisions shortly after the face-to-face meeting. We always strive to give you promptly feedback in every process step.

The Interview

Our interviews, via phone or face-to-face are usually attended by our team leads and recruiters. We will inform you ahead who will attend the interview via email. Interviews usually last 60 minutes. Dresscode: Business Casual - we do not expect suits or costumes but also not casual clothing.
